I'm with Bob here. My biggest/cheat meals are after leg day.
Went a bit overboard yesterday with 800g rice(cooked) +12oz pork/400g potato stir fry thing
Followed by 10 packs of belvita blueberry breakfast biscuits and 12 packs of thinaddictives cranberry+almond biscotti type things, each piece slathered in roughly 1 tbsp wild friends sesame cranberry peanut butter, 3/4 pint orange honey cardamom sorbetto, and a box of wheat thin brown rice sour cream and onion, and three healthy choice fudge bars lol
