Post gyno surgery question???

To cut a long story short in november i had gyno surgery for a small lump i had behind my left nipple. Now after my surgery my nipple remains visibley puffier and larger than my other nipple.
Has anyone else whos had surgery found the same problem?
Does anyone know what can help me correct it?
Any help will be appreciated!!!

I had the exact same surgery in late 2004...the puffiness, at least for me, went away over the following six months...everybody's different but that was my experience...good luck.
 
At this present time i currently still have a small lump (about the same size really) but my doc is 100% that its scar tissue from the operation and will take time to go! after all they do say once its cut out it never returns!!!
