Post cycle ??

What is the best amount of time to take off between cycles, including post cycle time?? I take PH's and usually take about 3 months off between cycles including PCT time. What are your guy's thoughts???

^^^ yup. Although I like to take that number and double it just to make sure everything is in working order. Not going to take the min. suggested time off just to do another cycle and possibly screw my body up.
 
yeah, my last PCT ended the first week of Nov 07. It was a 4 week on, 4 week PCT. I'm starting my next cycle in about 2 1/2 weeks, giving me about 4 months since my PCT ended until I'm starting this one.
