Post cycle

I just finished a 4 week cycle of 6g 1-test and 1,4 andro. The results have been great, but i'm getting ready to start my 6OXO tonight and was wondering what else I should be doing. How should I train? Should I take anything additional? How should I eat, etc.? Any advice?
 
1. Get Liquid Clomid or Nolva if you have access to it
2. Get Flaxseed oil
3. Don't overtrain (LISTEN to your body)
4. Add extra calories if you have a fast ass metabolism
5. I'd take Creatine if I were you
 
why do people suggest clomid and nolva in liquid form??? just get them in any form. (i do understand its most accesable to many in liquid)
So, nolva/clomid....period

dead-on, exactly what I would have said! Try V-12 creatine by SAN, good stuff! :)
