cycle support was:
always take milk thistle, even when not doing anything.
2 weeks prior to cycle, I was at 2400mg a day with milk thistle
Everyday on cycle I was taking:
2 T-force Labs test booster caps
4 N2 Gaurd caps
2 LIV52 tablets
4 Glucosamine
2 Fish Oil
2 Mens Multivitamens
4 Glutamine tablets
RS TRANSADERM everyday at the last 2 weeks of cycle
Clenviscerate the last 2 weeks of cycle
I drank a gallon of water a day at least, sometimes that was all, sometimes more. About 1/4 gallon of milk, just used it for my protien shakes. Clean diet, I am doing a Carb Cycling with no more than 50 carbs a day and 250 on weekends. NO PROCESSED FOOD whatsoever.
PCT was:
Same water intake, same diet.
Liquid Clomid at 50/30/25/25 (stuff is disgusting)
MK2866 at 25mg a day for about the last 3 weeks of PCT
Revolution PCT capsuls, 2 everyday before bed
all the same pills/vitamens except cut in half on the N2 Gaurd and LIV52
I was also taking some fat burners (I forget the name, but I still have some left) the ENTIRE time.
I am trying to figure out if I did something wrong or this is "fairly" normal for the cycle I ran.
Maybe I should've used more Clomid?
Maybe I ran the cycle too long?
Why is estrogen high? What do I need to fix this? Am I going to turn into a woman, lol?
I know that it would be useful to have previous bloodwork before the cycle to compare, but I don't. This is the first time I've gotten bloodwork, so I am kinda out in the dark for a baseline.
I feel great. No libido issues, no attitued problems, etc. I have always had a minor problem with chest fat, I wonder if I have always had high estrogen. Right now I have great abs, but still some excess chest fat. It's not gyno, just fat that is being stubborn. Could that be from excess estrogen?
