post cycle gyno?

So its been about 2 months since post cycle and I had puffy nipples during cycle and took an AI. I still have slight puffy nipples now even with fat loss however when I press on my right nipple its slightly painful and when press down on the nipple I feel a lump that is not on the left. Any thoughts on what to take?

What was ur PCT?


Tamoxifen and Letro. Google search "letro gyno reversal" there should be a few logs and dosing plans to pyramid up to 2.5mg letro then back down.

Ai was sup3r with arosamin or however u spell it
Pct was 40/20/20/20 nolva
And daa 3gs ed

Thanks I have letro but wasnt sure if that was the only one to take.

Does letro affect the unit? If so would getting viagra or cialis help out with that situation?

Basic protocol is to taper up to 2.5mg of letro and stay there til the lump recedes and then taper back down/off.
Use 10mg nolva during your taper down and for another 2 weeks after completing letro to prevent rebound.

Basically nolva will keep the breast estro receptors full so any rebound estrogen from the letro cannot activate them

Ya...when you get up to that 2.5mg every day dose....itll take a few weeks on it to take care of it. I been hearing more and more about ralox.

Finally after running letro/prami for a while i just started overlapping nolva on at 20mg a day while i taper off the other 2....puffyness is finally going away, slowly but surely.

If anyone can comment about differences between nolva and ralox I would(and surely OP) would appreciate it. Dont wanna feed him any wrong info.

I've used them all... Ralox, Nolva and Letro..
Ralox hands down took care of it faster than them all..

It treats my boobies nice and I appreciate it..
And it doesn't put my dick in the dirt!!

Good lookin out man. Probly gonna pick some up and give it a test run, then probly work it into my pct if I like results.

You ever run ralox in pct?
 
Ralox isn't great for pct, it's not going to do the job like clomid or nolva..

I only use ralox for gyno issues..

I've used Torem, Clomid and Nolva in pct and they all do the job there meant to do..

bad idea, dont crahs estro. the letro gor gyno thing is a joke. use a SERM if off cycle and with new gyno. ralox is good, but any serm will help. run for few months. but id rec going for blood work OP
 
If his gyno is recent wouldn't we be safe to assume that his estro is too high?

Also letrozole supposed 98% estro killing ability is closer to 60% (I'll have to get back to this I'm on my phone !)

I agree that he should run the seem for a whole but IMO needs to drop the estro first and taper off over the course of 10 days to 2 weeks. (He may have had bunk aromasin)

Found it!

The reason we think letro crashes estrogen is we read it can reduce it by 98% (study on women)
Whereas it reduced it between 46-60% in men (depending on age)

I'm not a huge fan of letro as it's type 2 and rebound is an issue which is why the OP would be taking nolva as well.
 
Letro sides suck. I have been in crappy moods, no drive in the gym, never horny. It gets the job done but this past month has sucked!

slow gains in the gym, but i am looking leaner and drier...idk if that has anything to do with letro tho, its been hot out.

I feel you on that. Sex drive went from yes please to oh hellz no within a week. I've only used it while ON so I'd imagine it would be even worse without some extra hormones in ur system

On page 1 I mentioned some research (solid knowledge) about letro

And my last reply was personal experience with it and it's side effects.
I qualified my statement by saying the difference between my exp and the guy I was replying to was that I was ON at the time and he was OFF.
So the nasty libido sides woulda been worse for him (which sucks cause mine were pretty bad)

Start off at 120mg ED for a month and see how it goes from there

Edit: I wouldn't recommend staying at 120 ED for more than a month because of potential bone demineralization. Drop to 90 or 60 after a month . Most research said the largest change was in the first 2 months and the treatments could last 6months or more

Ralox at 120mg took care of my issues fast..

Actually just hit up some Ralox this morning cause I'm having a little flare up myself...

Gyno is so dumb, it cannot defeat me but it keeps trying lol

Ima try some out after pct to see if I can tighten these nips up haha
 
Been on 120mg for a week, can feel the tissue and lumps drasticly shrinking, but nips are still really puffy, especially when im hot
 
All i got is letro. Liquid suspension so i can fine tune the dose.

Not going back to 2.5ED.....sides suck. Think itd be good at 1-1.5 ed or eod

Yea, 2.5 would be overkill..

I personally use Letro on cycle if need be, but I don't like letro in pct, and I treat your situation like pct in a way as far as rebound goes..

You can use Letro now to lower estrogen, sure, works great.. But I would also run it past your Ralox once your done with it.. Your going to want to taper off of that Letro nice and slow to avoid an issue again..

You can start at a small dose of Letro to help, maybe 1mg a day or EOD based on how long you will continue your Ralox treatment..
Just be sure not to jump the gun coming off of Letro, nice & slow like Usher Raymond lol
 
Im goin thru this ralox at 2.4ml a day, and its a 60ml bottle, should get 3 good weeks out of it.

Lefty is pretty tender but feel the tissue breaking up and reducing size, righty is almost back to perfect.

Bout to hop on letro to see how it does with the puffyness

Hi Man,
what do you mean by 'tighten these nips up'? Just trying to figure out if I have gyno.

-all i see is that one nip is a tiny bit lower than the other.
-I have some pointy nips at the moment but the go down with some formeron.

Question: Will, my pct of Tamox, viron, formeron, daa - resolve this, or are all nips not perfectly aligned?
 
I have just done Ralox/Letro to remove some existing gyno. Got 5 more days to taper of the Letro before I start my next cycle.

Letro has been so harsh on me I will try ralox only if I ever have issues again.
 
you have observed some erect nipples, and a small 'lump' underneath the nipple; will Tamoxifen & an Ai (formeron) reverse these symptoms?

Ralpxifene is shown to be more active and more efficient that tamox however a larger dose is used.
