Post-Cycle Acne – Any Solutions?

Its soos

New member
Hey everyone,

I ran a 12-week cycle of 500mg testosterone per week and then transitioned to TRT. It's been about two months since I lowered my dose, but I'm still dealing with acne on my shoulders and back.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any recommendations for treatment whether it's medication, creams, or anything else that worked for you?

Ya, estrogen stays elevated much longer then testosterone and it's typically as the hormones are building up or they're declining off that we get those types of sides at least I do. Take a little AI and shower and change T-shirt and sheets often. Once you get it back under control try to stick with some kind of a easy maintenance program and make sure you double down when starting a cycle and finishing a cycle

Dawn dish soap in the shower on shoulder and back acne always worked well and so does using a mild astringent like witch hazel. You wanna stop the excessive oil production without over drying out your skin

What worked for me was cleaning up my diet and getting regular light therapy, but the thing that helped the scarring and texture the most was morpheus8 rf microneedling treatment miami. It didn’t just fade the marks—it actually made the skin feel smoother and tighter. I was hesitant at first, but after a couple sessions, the results started to show. Saved me from constantly trying new creams that did nothing.
