Is there really a benefit to running low dose Deca with Test for HRT, if so how long can you run it continuous, & do you need to come off of both annually for a receptor cleanse?
 
Low dose deca on trt can lubricate your joints and relieve soreness in general. You typically run Deca at less or equal to your test dose to avoid Deca dick.
I wouldn’t run it permanently. For me, it was just to help my joints when they were giving me problems on my lifts.

I had a clinic prescribed it as a permanent pairing, that you’d cycle completely off of every twenty weeks. I thought that to be weird......
 
If you don't use more than needed for therapeutic dosing then no need to cycle off.
 
Most studies and anecdotal experience shows dosage matters most. Kind of like diets, calories in or out make the biggest impact. I like Sustanon but it has an unwarranted mystique attached to it. Test is test in the end.
