Possible to overdose Cissus?

I have standard cissus from nutraplanet which is the 5%. I am at work and do not have a way to measure so I tried just eye balling it and "shaking" some out from the tub. Well too much came out and not wanting to waste it I just downed it all.

I will make sure to measure from now on. I am just wondering if this is a bad idea and if one can overdose from it.

you can take a lot of cissus with no ill effect. i believe some people experimented with 10 grams a day, but i assume since your still alive you know u wont die
