Possible rotator cuff flare up

Last week or so had pain under my right shoulder blade, but it's not debilitating, yet...

It definitely feels like a shoulder cuff issue, and since I just started my first cycle I'm expecting a lot of strength gains which could exacerbate this problem.

Anyone have any experience w this and what to do (1) exercise wise (2) doctor wise (3) anything else that can help this. Any help would be very much appreciated!
