Possible gyno

ok so this is tricky. i seem to have excess skin right around my nipple. it isnt noticeable 90 percent of the time. but wheni pose a certain way it looks like gyno. it feels like there is nothing there not even fat. i am naturally very thin. the little fat i do have on my ass and obliques is much harder than the protrusions on my nipples. i am about 8 weeks into a deca/sust cycle so gyno is a possibility. i may just be ignorant and thats how gyno feels. i had a guy who was supposed to get my nolvadex but he fell threw so im ****ed. i ordered ERase and shoudl receive in 3 days. what else can i do for pct and anything extra for the possible gyno would be much appreciated. ive read stuff here but its confusing. ive seen DAA(no idea what that is) Erase whcih i ordered, and some thing that starts with a T. price has to be under a few hundred if possible. i was looking into purchasing nolvadex on an online pharmacy. i think it is the most popular one. Its an extra large pharmacy(hint). can i do this safely and without legal problems?
NOTE: i dont know anything about anything when it comes to this stuff please explain as if i were a 5 yr old. thanks guys.
 
Easiest, although most expensive, is for you to order a research chem version of tamox (Nolva).

Next time, have your SERM ON HAND before starting a cycle.

As for your "gyno" issue, I can't help you on that, but if your gear aromatizes, that should require that you have arimidex on hand as well.
