Possible exchange?

I ordered a couple of supplements from nutraplanet.com, and let's just say the results were pretty bad. Would it be possible to return the remaining portion of these in exchange for credit towards another product? thanks
 
PM me the products that are in question along with reasons, and I'll see what I can do.

Keep in mind opened or partially used items are out of the question...
