Poseidon + multivit - is it madness?

....or is it the makings of a spartan?

Just wondering whether I should be continuing to take my normal multi vit alongside the 3 scoops of poseidon I am taking each day? Or does poseidon alone have my bases covered?

Thanks guys, already grown addicted to the niacin flush although it's effects are lessening :(
 
Taking a multi is perfectly fine with Poseidon. I still take one and I get around 4-5 serv of Poseidon a day.:thumbsup:
 
Pr has it right, no reason not to take the multi with poseidon. I havbe not found anything that Poseidon does not work well with
 
The Poseidon complex isn't even a complete b-complex let alone a complete multi-vitamin. Certainly no reason to discontinue a multi, aside from the fact they are probably the least ideal form to receive nutrients. But if nothing else the Poseidon complex should at least compliment a multi to a certain degree.

same here unless I mega-dose it - in rare form I was drunker than three Bruce Willis's on Sat night and needed some detox

...all I can say is it's no wonder the Soviet Empire crumbled :lol:
