I have been on this stack for about a month now. During this time, I have gone from around 230 to 212 with no loss in strength. I have been traveling a lot for business so trimming down has been my goal since I do not have access to heavy weights all week (only Mondays and Fridays). I believe that it is working, but I can go from 210 to 240 and back to 210 pretty easy- the only difference is that I usually lose a lot of strength on the way back down. I will certainly keep you updated.
