Rice beans chopped chicken breast chopped onion chopped cilantro and pico de gallo i make these at work the pico de gallo is bassicly tomatoes onions cilantro serrano peppers and a squeeze of lemon juice blended in a blender we first lay a bed of rice then beans then chicken and bam! There it is.
