So, I've decided I need to get in shape by going on a pmsf diet. I want to lose as much fat as possible! Right now i'm 160 (eugh) and want to get to 130. I'm trying to retain as much lean body mass as possible.On top of this diet, I decided to take winstrol oral tablets and do an EC stack to make sure this diet would succeed. I'm going to have between 650-750 calories per day, the majority of this coming from protein. I also intend to drink as much water as I can take. In addition to all of this, here are the supplements I plan on taking:
2 multivitamin supplements.
400 - 600 mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid.
3 Fish Oil supplements.
2 Fiber supplements.
2 Potassium supplements.
1 Thiamin (B1) supplement.
75 mg of Ephedrine.
600 mg of Caffeine.
50 mg of Winstrol.
Do you think this will work.....?
