I've got a bottle of epi and 2 bottles of pmag im planning to use my next cycle but I can't decide how I want to dose it. Im thinking of bridging starting with epi 30/30/30/30 then doin pmag 75/75/75/75 the last 4 weeks or I would stack it pmag 50/75/75/75/75/75 epi 0/0/30/30/30/30
Does anyone have any experience or input on dosing these 2 for a recomp?
