hi guys i need to know would this food suppelment called "ensure" be any good to incorporate in my diet.you can only get this type of ensure off a doctor.
this is whats writen on a 250mL tin-

I guess you could use this for a pre w/o shake...if you really want. There are obviously better choices.

I don't know what the big deal you're making about this product is though. It's only 251 calories, 10 g of protein of who knows what kind, 33.9 g of carbs with a bunch of it being sugar, and 8.4 g of fat. Oh and there are some vitamins and minerals. Why would not be able to get this at the grocery store?

You won't be putting on "a lot of mass drinking this stuff". Try swinging around to the Nutrition, bulking, and weight loss forums to learn about food.
 
If it's the Ensure I am thinking about, if you measure the nutrients for what you pay for it, you can get much better bang for your buck with various protein powders. And if you are looking for pre- or post-workout shakes, you can add your own dextrose/maltodextrin carbs to it. Almost always comes out cheaper.
