Now you are just bragging :)

I am in for ideas, but I am a horrible cook so the best photos I will have might be bags of beef jerky.

We accept all forms of ideas, the good, the bad, and the dirty

These Sound Really Good !!

I’m in (might even make the invite list one day lol)......

My latest low carb find (I’m on final weeks of a cut and really taking out carbs now) is this

Invalid Link Removed

Really good as a wrap and amazing low carb macros. Also really filling. I know the ship eu but not sure on the states.

My other staple at the mo is cauliflower rice

Invalid Link Removed

Really convenient and actually tastes decent in place of rice.

I cook most of my calories from scratch but I find it’s the little convenience tricks like these two that can make the biggest difference

Costco sells a huge bag of cauliflower rice for cheap. Only place where I get it now. I make fried rice with it and comes out really good. Just don’t over cook it or it will get mushy

Def looking foreard to sharing some recipes and techniques here. When i get back from vacation, ill be eating a lot of beef and meal prepping by cooking the beef sous vide before portioning.

Which do you have? I have a Joule but have used polyscience at work for years. I prefer the PS interface but not the pricetag. Joule is surprisingly powerful for the price.

I got the Andrew James sous vide and the vacuum sealer. I actually use the vacuum sheet rolls (cut and seal one end to make a bag) and do single portions of chicken/fish/beef etc with some seasoning/spices/little oil/lemon etc and then chill it still in the bag. Store it in the bag and take that plus the sides with me, when I’m ready to eat I open the bag up.....beautiful

The convenience of sous vide cooking is unreal! Seems expensive but not really compared to pots and pans and certainly not compares to a stove.

Tonight’s dinner
Skirt steak on the bbq
1 cup of brown rice
Carrots made with low cal butter and a lil honey

I would go crazy without my 2 grills and offset smokers. I grilled today on my gas one since it’s pouring raining out and I bbq inside the garage with that one.
I have a George Foreman grill... I miss the gas grill at my mom's house lol

Spare Ribs

Wrap in foil cover in Red Wine, and Olive Oil...Season with Tumeric, Cumin, Roasted Garlic, Cajun Seasoning...

In the oven for 3 1/2 hours @ 325. Take out put on the grill just long enough to slather in sauce. I use homemade with Tomatoe Sauce, Wochester, Liquid Smoke, 2 shots Jim Beam, and a half a cup of Miller Light. Best ribs you will ever have.

The party has arrived! Loving the food recipes!

I grill my lunches for the week every Sunday !!

Cauliflower rice is where it is at for low carb, replace any meals you usually use rice in and you can hardly notice with some spray butter and seasoning!!!

I will be getting some of that next Costco run.. is it frozen or?..

Doing my butcher shop thing today.. cut up a whole pork loin and 2 eye of round loins into thick cut chops and steaks plus stew meat. I can't wait to try a CnP "stewroids" recipe later this month:) but here is my Foreman's job on some lunch from the chopsInvalid Link Removed

Im looking into a coatco membership for meat but im interested in the cauliflower rice for when its time to cut. Though, if you have a food processor, its super quick to make yourself.

Had to get my kids from camp and take them to lunch. Asks ahg they wanted and of course they wanted fast food. Settled on Taco Bell. Did a quick google search and came up with 5 hard taco fresco style

It’s cheap and easy when bought frozen. Plus I get a lot of things there like beef jerky , bags of rice, blueberries and strawberries , avocado 5 for 5.99 and so on

Crushed red pepper
Sweet chili sauce

Cook chicken
Cook shrimp
Mix all veggies in separate pan cook in olive oil and sweet chili sauce

When all is cooked, mix throughly,* may add a lil more sweet chili and serve. Drizzle apple cider vinegar over top.

Legit tastes like those pizza lunchables you would eat cold as a child or as an adult LOL

Good but macros aren't really worth the buy again...

In on this!

"And in the morning, i'm making waffles!":)

You guys have any recommendations on spices?.. like in bundles or packs.. Mr supps has a little bundle but it seems a little pricey for 4 spice blends.. I guess idk I don't shop for spices much.. good ole Lowery's mostly

Aldi has some great spices. We love the steak seasoning from there. Otherwise I do love OhMySpice! you can usually contact them and ask you to send some samples ;)
