This will be my first cycle of anything, have been researching it for 5 or 6 months making sure everything is correct before I move on and start. If there is recommendations please let me know as I have a few questions too. Currently 32 yrs old 6'0 189lbs 10-12% body fat. Would like to use this as a cutting cycle. My diet and training are in check and have been for quite a while.
Supplements included throughout are: Whey isolate, orange triad, taurine, liver detoxifier, fish oil
Precycle=Cycle support by AI for 10 days before and during cycle and one week after
During cycle=week 1 50 mgs h-drol week 2=50mg h-drol week 3=50/75mg h-drol and introducing mmv2 1 in morning 1 afternoon
week 4=75 mg hdrol and 2 mmv2 week 5 75 mg hdrol 3 mmv2
Post cycle includes
week 1 post cycle support or t911 (3tabs)
week 2 post cycle support/t911(3tabs)--not sure any suggestions leaning toward t911
week 3 pcs/t911(2 tabs) and lean fx as recommended
week 4 pcs/t911(2 tab) and lean fx as recommended
week 5 lean fx as recommended
additional supps. post cycle includes:bcaa+eaa, orange triad, creatine, whey protein isolate, fish oil
Questions i have are: I work out in the morning(5:30am) when is best time to take h-drol and cycle support? Also still looking for a reliable serm please pm me if u can, only thing i am worried about is not having this on hand and want it covered before i start. thanks for the help
