Please Post Your Split

Moyer

board observer
I see a lot of people on the board eating well, taking supps and running detailed cycles, but I know very little about how you guys like to lift.

I've been doing a fairly standard 3 day split:

M- Chest/Shoulders/Abs
W- Back/Bis/Forearms
F- Legs/Traps

I sometimes add a tricep exercise on chest day, but usually between all the other presses and dips it's not necessary for me. Lately HST looks very interesting so I've been reading up on it and I might try it next month.

What about you guys?
