For you and the lack of funds the dosing plan laid out was a way for you to get the best bang for the buck, stretch the dollar and feel the workout effects of Poseidon.

The directions are stated for individuals looking for full benefits from the product i.e all day vitality increases and feelings of refreshment, clearer skin, better energy, endurance and stamina.

I got some extra cash :) And i bought some of the blowout sale from NP. So i have enough Poseidon

How should i dose now

As directed per the direction.:D

For the best results, Poseidon should be used as follows:


1. First thing in the morning on an empty stomach or with a protein shake or light meal.
2. Before, during and after workouts* (Suggestion: Put 2-3 servings in a water bottle and start sipping on it 10 minutes prior to workout and finish about the time workout is complete)
3. In the evening before bed.

Bet your going to like it man, and smart move on taking advantage of the NP sale price.
 
I know. I got 6 hour practices, i was like ok i need something!!!!

Lotta B6. But that's ok right? As long as i drink a lot through the day
 
hey i just received my third bottle and it is a solid rock when i opened it.i have tried to get it to brake up it has a little but still not a enough to get it to fit in the scouper i am just puting pieces of the rocks that i brake lose off of the big rock that is the size of they continer.i am going to try a ice pick next i mean it is a solid big rock.this is my third bottle and usally they clump up after a while but not like this.this stuff looks like it is old i mean real old.but as far as product i love posidon i don't know why i cant put my finger on it but just totally fill better when i have it.and miss it when i am out.my only problem is i like to take it to often like six or seven times a day maybe to much.so great product lousy quality control.just my two cents cant waite to try the new posidion ba.
 
I've been meaning to try posiden out for a while, just haven't gotten around to it.

Once I do though, I'll be more then happy to give you guys my honest review. I'm sure it will live up to its reputation...
 
I've been on poseidon for about two weeks now and I gotta say I'm impressed. I wrote ya a little review on NP too. This is my newest staple. Good Job Nimbus

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are aware of the problem and have fixed it with the new batches of Poseidon. In the mean time, here is a link that addresses this issue directly.

The containers are sealed properly, the problem lies in the tiny amount of moisture...and we are talking microscopic...that gets in during the manufacturing process was causing the problem over time. We have added a moisture absorbing packet to each container as well as upgraded the manufacturing process to allow for even less moisture to be absorbed that has eliminated this.

Combine that with the fact that it's the middle of summer and humidity is raging right now and hydroscopic clumping are almost a given. The travel to NP who just happens to be located in Georgia probably doesn't help matters either.
