Please help with proper way to pct of prohormone cycle

I'm taking AMS 1-andro as a stand alone. I will only be running the recommended dosage. I'll be taking iron labs cycle support while on. What is a proper pct to take, for how long do I take it. Once the pct is done will I have to take anything else? Do I take a natural tesrbooster after the pct. Thanks for any help, it's my first cycle and just want to cover all bases.

Plenty of info about if you use the search function. You will need a serm like clomid or nolva, as well as an OTC PCT product like super PCT from OL.
 
Definitely need a serm. Nolva or clomid. An OTC PCT will help, but is by no means necessary.

I'm not too familiar with 1-Andro, so I'm not sure if you'll need an AI on hand.
