Please help with first cycle

Hello,

I am about to start my first cycle and would like some advice as to what I should use. I want to bulk up but would also like to cut fat as well. Can I do both at the same time or do I have to do them seperately? This is what I had in mind...

Sust 250, Deca, Clen, and Cytomel. This is the cycle that I was going to use, however this is a combination of two cycles I found online...

9 week cycle.

7 ---------- 250 400 60mcg 100mcg
8 ---------- 250 200 80mcg -------
9 ---------- --- --- 100mcg -------


Please let me know what you think. Are there any problems combining the two cycles, are the doses of any of them too high or low...? I was also considering using Winstrol instead of the clen or cytomel. Also, do you think that I will need take a regimen of Nova after this. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
decide whether you want to bulk or cut, thats the first step. then someone can help you fine tune your cycle if everything else is in check ie: diet, training, supps.

Agreed. Post up your stats ie. height, weight, bf%, training history and diet.

Also, why do you want to use the hormones? I now wish I never had. If I had found this site earlier I could have got great gains naturally. Instead I thought I wasn't seeing progress because of poor genetics and AAS would fix everything. Just ended up losing most of the gains I got cycling because my diet and training was still ****. $.02

If you would like any truely valuable advise please post up your current stats and a break down of a sample of your daily diet.

Helps tremendously in help you further.
 
^^^^especially the cytomel part.. holy shitballs, that is so wrong.
It's your thyroid dude.. you ease into it.. and most importantly, you ease out of it.

T-3 and Clen is NOT something for a first timer to **** with.

I'm not going to even get into the duration and dosing of the AAS.

I think I'm going to follow Beelze and stay in the diet and training forums from now on.

I need a break. :D
