Unanswered Please help! Whats wrong with me?

I'm on 600mg test twice a week. I'm 5 weeks in.
I had a huge libido the first 3 weeks, and now I have zero sexual desire and my penis is like desensitized and cant cum.

I'm not running an ai or serm on cycle. I checked my t levels and they are over 1500.
No idea how high my estrogen is. Should I start taking aromasin? (Its all I have for AI) and how much and for how long? I
 
Yes, take the aromasin. I’d start at 12.5mg eod and adjust as you feel necessary. Everyone will respond differently, so feel free to go higher or lower on the aromasin if you feel that you need to.

How quick does it kick in and how fast will I know if I need to lower the dose or up it? Never taken it before.

The studies I’ve seen in males claim that it will have estradiol suppression of 62% +/- 14% within 12 hours. So if you are still noticing symptoms of high estrogen, you could bump the dose up more after 3-4 days maybe. I’d wait and read some other members input on it as well though because I could be wrong.

Could high estrogen cause low libido and sexual issues? My test is high but probably have high estrogen. Dont wanna take an ai if it doesnt help my dick and libido issue

Yea, too high or too low of estrogen will both negatively impacy libido. There’s of course going to always be other potential causes, but estrogen is clearly the most likely cause since you’re on high-dosed testosterone.
 
That’s a lot of test bro. How long you been cycling?

My understanding is that there is a significant diminishing return over and above a certain point which is linked to your number of cycles (and androgen receptors). What I’m saying is that you could possibly get the same upside (test level)and significant reduction in e by halving that dose.....
 
E2 will tend to have the most profound effects on libido, etc. Sort your E2 and its likely your dick will start working as close to "normal" as it can on 600mg test.

Just buy some Cialis or Viagra from a research chem site. Don't worry too much about your estrogen levels. Estrogen is actually beneficial on a cycle as it promotes GH release and has other benefits.

Unless you start getting gyno or something, I wouldn't bother with any AIs or anti-estrogens during the cycle.
 
If I didn’t use an AI I would have legit B cups. Maybe C.
Estrogens great.

Until it slingshots your prolactin and you start lactating

You’re ignorant that’s all. I come as an asshole because you spam the most stupid question ever any google research would answer. Everybody will need at least a little AI on 600mg of test. Don’t fucking say otherwise you’re a good exemple of why. Next time go read before you put hormones in your body.
