Please help, new to this

I understand this may have already been covered but I was just recommended to come here by a good friend and don't have time to read over thousands of threads. I am sorry for my time restraints but appreciate any help I can get.

I started taking sustanon from a friend to gain its benefits. Now I am looking into the best and cheapest option for post cycle. My friend told me to sign up here and ask about PCT for Sustanon 250.

The local fitness store sold me over the counter Novedex XT Testosterone Booster for post cycle. He told me how much to take and for how long. This is the same product a different friend used to come off of his cycle but he wasn't on sustanon. I forget which steriod he was using.

Can anyone help me, is Novedex XT sufficient enough for me for post cycle? Do I NEED something else instead? I was content with the cost of Novedex and hope it will work but will do whatever I need to in order to safely come off Sustanon without the side effects.

A SERM? Is that something I can get legally at a suppliment store (i.e. GNC, etc) or do I have to get it thru people I bought steriods thru? So you recommend to return the Novedex?

you should've took the time to read up on this stuff BEFORE you started your cycle. You should always have a SERM for PCT, in order to prevent any further progression of gyno and excessive estrogen, and you need a real effective natural test booster.
 
I am 29, 6'5" and 265 pounds. I was looking for a quick fix to get stronger/bigger. I am using 1 cc once a week for 8 weeks.
 
I know I wasn't smart about it. I trust people too easily and dive right in. That is why I am back tracking and trying to straighten it out now. Don't always think things threw. :(
