Please help critique my Epistane Cycle

Hello to all. I'm 25 years old and I am going to start a cycle of Epistane in a couple of weeks as long as I know that I have it right. Im looking for approval and critiques of my cycle layout. I still have questions about certain small things that go along with this cycle but I'll get to those in a second. I have been working out 4-6 times a week for a little over a year now. I have worked out here and there before this new found love for the gym but never with this much consistency and dedication. I'm currently deployed in Kuwait right now so I have nothing but time to hit the gym for the next 8 months. Thanx in advance to everyone who will reach out and help. My cycle layout is as follows:

Everyday Supplements: Animal Pak Multi| ON Fish Oil|Animal Pak PM ED while taking Epistane not pre-cycle or post-cycle

Week 1-2 CEL Cycle Assist at prescribed dosage
Week 2-3 Cont. CEL Cycle Assist| IBE Epistane start. Day 1 10mg| Day 2-14 30 mg Epistane
Week 3-7 Cont. CEL Cycle Assist| Epistane 40 mg
Week 7-9 Last dose of Epistane next day will start CEL PCT Assist|Nolvadex (pill) 20mg|Lean X-treme starts week 2 of PCT|
Week 9-11 Cont PCT Assist|Cont Lean X-treme| Nolvadex 10mg|

I have a full bottle of Erase Pro on hand for this cycle but I dont know where to insert it or the best dosage. I also have Animal Stak on hand which Im thinking should be taken everyday of PCT? When I ordered the Nolva I ordered 2 packs to be safe as well as 2 packs of Clomid because I read on this forum somewhere that Clomid should be inserted only on the first 2 weeks but wasnt really clear on that. My diet while on cycle will be 1 egg white omelette with cheese, mushroom and tomatoes for breakfast and 2 chicken breast and veggies for lunch and dinner. Every day I will have a protein shake after my workout as well as 1 between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. Should I eat more? The protein that I have for post workout will be MuscleTech Mass-Tech and the other is ON. I eat pretty clean because its easy to do while on deployment. If their are any supplements that i dont have that I definitely need feel free to let me know. I will not start my cycle until all supps are in hand. (Tamox and Clomid just got sent 2 days ago anyway)

Now for the questions that I have.

1. When should I take the Erase Pro and Clomid?
2. When should I start creatine? (probably will be that con-crete)
3. Should I just shoot for a 6 week cycle of Epi?
4. Is MuscleTech too "fatty" for a recomp cycle?
5. Is there anything that im not getting into my system?

I know that this isnt any any kind of format and all and some of the questions might seem silly but im definitely looking for advice. Ive been on this sight for a while and Ive done my research and know the terms but I def dont know it all.
I refuse to be one of the people screaming for help during cycle because of piss poor planning and ignorance. Thanks again and any input is accepted.

How much weight are you trying to gain? I'm not sure what your macros are but that doesnt sound like much food.

Also, I don't think you'll need both clomid AND nolva for an epi cycle. Should be fine running either or.

As far as the creatine, you can take it on cycle or start 1st day of PCT, I've heard both theories. My opinion taking it during cycle is you will not be able to establish the true weight/strength gains with epi as some will be attributed to the creatine. As I'm assuming this will be your first PH cycle, I'd personally want to see how epi solo treats me.

I am by no means an expert so I'm sure some of the more knowledgeable people on the forum will contribute but that's some of what my own research has brought me.

1) erase pro 1x a day for your whole 4 week pct, nolva OR clomid will be fine. for the first 2 weeks dose it 20mg ED, then the second 2 weeks dose it 20mg eod (for nolva with your 20mg pills).

2) creatine for the whole cycle and pct IMHO.

3) only 6 weeks of epi yes, and that 10mg day is a waste, run your cycle like: 20/30/30/40/40/40 (maybe hitting 50 the last week).

4) No clue i don't use it.

5) You should look into some basic joint support as epi dries out most people. DO NOT try and cut with the lean xtreme during pct unless you want to take a huge risk of losing most/all the muscle you gained, just be patient and wait. Read my PCT thread for a lot more solid info about PCT in general.

Thank you for your input. Im researching now about macros. Im at 165 now. For the last couple of months I have been trying to burn fat to get 2 this weight. From what I have been gathering from this forum is that Epi will give me 7-10 lbs of lean muscle. Id be happy there but I definitely want to get everything I can out of this cycle. I want more stregnth from this and I want to look better. Sidenote, I use dumbells a lot but for a personl goal I want to join the 300 club for the bench. I hit 275 3 times mid workout a couple of months back just trying to break into the 300 range full throttle. As far as the diet goes though I have access to decent food over here. I thought that that meal plan was great but I will def look more into that as soon as Im finished here. I mean hear there is a pasta or potatoe bar everyday, grilled chicken breast, salad bars, everything you can name but my reasoning behind what I have been eating was trying not 2 eat fatty foods ya know.

Thanx Joey

even eating well you need enough calories to build during a recomp on your build days. gotta fuel the prohormone.

Thanx ManBeast. I was kinda hoping for you to add something to this plan. The only reason that I decided to add the lean X-treme is because I read an article called the epi havoc bible and it suggested that for cortisol control to use the lean x-treme. SHould I not use it at all or wait until the 4 week PCT is over? I assumed that fish oil would be enough to overcome the dry joints but I will look into something else right now. Other than that my cycle looks good? Any last minute FYI's or by the ways?

I just re-read the tunedsports epi/havoc bible and they mention cortisol control in pct but not during cycle, I've never heard of cortisol being an issue while on any cycle (that I can recall). If you have a link to that info I'd love to see it (always learning).

Yes ManBeast thats the same article I read and thats where I was going to insert the Lean X...In the PCT. Maybe I misunderstood the cycle legnth and thought that they were saying the end of the cycle was after the Epi is finished but thats not the case. Use The LeanX after the "WHOLE" cycle is done PCT and all. As far as the eating goes Should I be eating like A madman? More Pasta? More carbs? More chicken? Im all ears. I will research more on my own about the nutrition side of the cycle but just since you are active in the discussion I figured I'd pick your brain a little.

for a lean bulk i like to see 500 above maintenance at a 60/20/20 or 50/30/20 ratio if you need the extra carbs

hey beast i filled your box :offtopic:

Fats are not neccesarily bad and are important part of any diet, just make sure u get the right kinds

Can anyone suggest an article I can read to get a basic understanding of the all of the nutritional stuff? Or if anyone would care to give me a run down on it? Thanx

yeah here is a simple breakdown:

1) Stay away from processed foods (frozen and canned veggies and fruits are ok) but everything else needs to go. No more tv dinners.
2) No skim milk. No whole milk.
3) Avoid white breads and white rice. Eat whole grains and brown rice instead.
4) No cola drinks
5) For meat sources, avoid the super fatty cuts like Rib Eye. Go for sirloin or flat iron's instead.
6) Avoid sweets like cake, candy and ice cream.
7) No beer...no alcohol

That's a pretty good start. Get 80% of your protein from whole foods. Since you are about my size (I'm around 5'5" too) I'd say eat 200 calories over maintenance and have at least 175g in protein per day. Eat complex carbs over simple carbs and keep the fat intake moderate. Make sure you do some cardio 2-3 times a week w/ low intensity 30 minutes a pop.

wwhy not lowfat milk?

Thanx Fueled and Joey. All of the things that you stated are just about right for me. I dont intake any of those things 1-7. Like i said i eat pretty healthy since im deployed. lately i have been doing 1 hr on the treadmill in the AM MWF along with abs. Incline at 14.5 and speed at 3.5-4.5. I figured I should stop that though because of the cycle and i dont want to eat away ANY muscle. I can definitely do 30 mins tho like you suggested.

Are you telling him not to drink milk or just to drink one with a low fat %?

Manbeast why not just let him go with 30/30/40/40/40/50? I would say don't do the 20 week, its a waste. You won't start really seeing the gains until the end of week 2 anyway, and I believe that anything less than 30 is just a waste of the supp.

People love to mega dose creatine on cycle. I'm doing epi and trenazone right now and I was taking a bunch of my kre-aklyn, but it ran out :(.

Clomid for PCT, erase pro with clomid will work well, don't need clomid and nolva.

As for muscletech, stay away. Save your money. ON Gold Standard Whey, or even something cheaper than that.

Fish oil and protein are your best friends. Good luck man.

for a first time run of anything or a new compound I'd say start as low as possible just to see if you have an adverse reaction to the compound, I don't think a low week will make it kick in slower. The same logic applies with halodrol, doing week 1 at 75mg doesn't make it kick in noticeably faster for many than starting at 50mg. But I'm also somewhat conservative sometimes :D

1% preferrably but 2% is ok in my book as well. Skim isn't good and whole milk has a little too much fat I think.

Oh ok whew lol I thought u were one of those "don't drink milk, milk is for babies" people and I agree, in my opinion whole has way too much fat

ManBeast I ordered orange triad for the joint support. Is that a good choice?

it is a solid multi for sure and it has good joint support ingredients/doses if you aren't already having joint issues.

Thank U all for helping with my first cycle. Im currently on day 3 of it now and Im excited. Ive decided to log it as well but the old fashioned way. I will write down the days activities, mood, and diet. Then just take time to look at the data and recognize when and how evrything happened as well as when my body started 2 respond. Lord knows we dont need another Epistane log.

We do however need bloods after the cycle to see how supressive Epistane really is

Ahhhhh.....Well I finished my first cycle and all in all im happy with the results. Small i guess but im happy. I started out at 168 and today will be my last day on and im at 174.5. Im sure I could have gained a little more but Im in the middle east right now and its HOT!! Im sure some fat burned away. I will be starting PCT in the A.M. A couple things that I noticed while on were that the joint support is a must. In week 2 I started 2 feel the dryness as I was warned by all of the experienced users, but I got Animal Flex and it cleared right up. Didnt really feel the "Im on something" feeling but I def packed on some muscle. Traps look taller and my back definition has def increased. Arms are turning into a Veiny Masterpiece and I like it. All around I would say the product was great. My biggest problem was taking the pills at the same time every day because of my schedule. Here and there I would end up skipping a dose of the Cycle Assist but didnt feel any adverse effects. Maybe without the heat and maybe if I ate a lil more which is hard 2 do because when its hot its hard to chow down food mid day. I started with this and like I said it was great but after this is finished i wiil be looking to do another. 6 more months out here and I want to come home looking like I ate plates 4 9 months. I want to do something stronger next time tho for a bulk cycle. Everyone says I got bigger which is probably true. I didnt tell anyone I was on a cycle tho. Hopefully I retain all my gains through the PCT. Thanx everyone for the info and help. I do have a question though as far as the PCT goes. Im being lazy now I know but i cant find a post that I read a while ago which was saying to take it easy during PCT and when to start going heavy again. Could anyone help me out on this matter?
