please give advice iam geting sick

ok so i started taking halo-d it "Each capsule contains 25 mg:4-chloro-17a methyl-androst-1,4-diene-3-17b-diol"

Iam an my 5th day and iam getting symptoms of a cold.I started taking cold medicine should I stop my cycle and my workouts? or should I continue my cycle take cold medicine and go workout?

Stop the cold medicine and start taking Zinc and vitamin C. Most cough syrups contain liver-toxic compounds, which don't sound like a good idea to be coupled with a 17-alpha-alkylated steroid. Zicam is a godsend.

IMO, if you just have a run-of-the-mill cold then you don't need to stop. Just continue with the cycle and let the cold run its course. If the symptoms develop into something more serious like the flu or pneumonia, then you should definitely stop the cycle.
 
do you think its possible that, due to your body being forced into a purely anabolic mode (prohormones), your not providing your body sufficient nutrients to perform muscle building and normal organ/immune function. In regular life your lack of nutrition would only cause you to not gain muscle and your body may prioritize your neccessary functions over muscle gain, BUT due to hormonal changes and being litterally forced to try to make you gain muscle your are taking away from the nutrients your body needs. this is my theory take it for what its worth.
 
I've had a pretty serious cold or sinus infection or whatever the heck it is for a few days. I just started my cycle about a week ago. Luckily I'm still staying on schedule, still eating, and still lifting. If muscle aches don't come into the mix I'm going to continue with the cycle. The one thing I have dropped from my workout is the cardio. The real problem is that I'm on SD/PP/MZ - There is NO way I can allow myself to take any painkiller and futher harm my liver. I basically have to suck it up for however long it takes.

Cycles seem to make me sick all the time. :(
 
thanks guys for all they reply your help is very apreciated.I decided not to stop my cycle and take zicam with vitamin c and see if it helps

Are you taking any form of anti-oxidants? Anything special for the cycle?
 
5 days of HD would not suppress you much IMO so depending on how you normally feel/react to a cold you may want to cut off the cycle until the cold subsides or keep going with it. When I get sick working out and eating are the last things I want to do. Those are the exact things you need to do to make your cycle the best it can be. If it were me I would drop the cycle and wait until I felt healthy again.

This is considering you are only 5 days in. Further in I would probably keep going.
