please critique my lean bulk/ recomp diet

This is a regular workout day diet

Breakfast: 4 whole eggs, 2 packets oatmeal, 1 cup whole milk, half scoop ON whey, 1 cup greek yogurt with fruit

2nd meal
2 cans tuna, 1 bottle gerber baby sweet potato

PWO
2 scoops whey, scoop malto, 1/2 scoop dextrose

4th meal
9-10oz chicken breast, 1 gerber sweet potato

5th
10oz flank steak, 3tbsp olive oil

6th
2 cans tuna, 3tbsp olive oil

Pre bed shake
1scoop whey, 1 cup white lowfat milk
 
about how many calories do you guess that is? if its above 3k id say it looks alot cleaner than the one im on lol.
 
Its 3000-3200 depending on what foods I eat. And its about 300-330g protein and 120+ fats. On workout days I consume about 200 carbs and on non-workout days from 150-180
 
I am beginner in body building and taking 3000 calories in all day, but I am not gaining muscle.
What should I do for the gain muscle? should I go for the supplement?
 
U should find a website that can calculate ur resting metabolic rate and then increase that by 500 cals. U will slowly gain about 1lb a week until that becomes ur maintenence and then u add 500 more and repeat
