I am a recovering bodybuilder, meaning once upon a time not long ago I looked good, but I fell vicitim to loving nachos, mickey D's and watching sports. Alas it is time to get back with it.
I am currently taking Powerfull, Symmetry and camphobolic and also started working out hard again. I also take Nitro Evolution from Omega and today I plan to start SizeOn due to the great reviews from various sources. I know the latter two are really similar but I am still going to stack them.
Granted this is only my 3rd day on these supplements, the camphobolics appetite suppression is surprising to me. Originally I was planning on stacking it with HEAT since I do not tolerate stimulants well and I love HEAT, but so far I do not feel a need to add it. I have taken green tea in the past with no appetite suppresion at all.
My overall goal is to regain my muscle whilst losing mega fat. I think my current supplement regime looks pretty solid, but if you see anything wrong feel free to comment. I also have the basics covered (fish oil, multi etc) and my diet is on point...dietitian by trade, started a moderate carb (less than 100 grams) low fat, high protein diet with most of my carbs coming post workout. Looking forward to leaving behind my shameful past of double quarter pounders and large fries and getting back to the chicken breast, vegetables and supplements!
