How do I break this cycle .... On gear, hgh, and 4000-4500 calories... I take off like a rocket every cycle , look great, but my cut-off is 190lbs every year .... Could my genetics keep me from going beyond this ?

Is weight your plateau? Or are you not able to make any strength gains? Also what style of lifting are you currently doing or doing while on this cycle? Not to sound like a moron or anything because I am just trying to gain a better understanding but, do you know for sure these products should be stacked together and are working in a synergistic way? - this is for my own personal information and in no way to sound smarter or anything like that

cheers mate!

The stack is great.. Works great but regardless of what stack i do as I've done a few I don't every break past this point. I do a 5 day split , train intense , to failure..( I workout alone so no forced reps). Strength slowly increasing ..... Size and weight stagnant at 190.. Carbs are around 300g throughout day most around training

I do 299g of carbs at 3300 calories, if this was me I would play around with my macros and see if taking in more carbs then protein makes you gain or vice versa. Im not a nutritionist by any means, but I believe that as people of the gym we are in our own way scientists of our bodies. With that being said, I believe that when you find yourself at a plateau and supps arent helping, the best thing to do would be tweak the diet. I hate when people tell me this because I always feel like I am working hard, especially on my diet. But sometimes we miss some things here and there.

Probably a dumb question but would you consider yourself a "hard gainer"? I consider myself to be one, so i do prefer to take a weight gainer rather than a whey protein. Lately I just switch back n forth, when I run out of whey I get a weight gainer then switch back

I'm an extreme hardgainer! I'd say I'm on a more advanced cycle , I eat myself broke every week and train very intense .... I'm considered to be on the muscular side by most people ... 190 lbs with visible abs... But I've been like this forever .... I've added 1000 calories just in peanut butter everyday just to get the F out of this funk (about 1 month ago ) still 190 and not moving. Wondering if there is just some sort of genetic limit and nothing will break me out of it ?

maybe just start lifting hella heavy with lower reps. Eat and lift for bulk. If you can get 3 reps then get 3 reps 10 times if need be. In my experience lifting as heavy as I can is how I grow, that and caloric surplus. I would hate to label this as a genetic thing that you wont surpass because I am not qualified to make that claim. I would like to suggest without sounding like a know it all to just maintain the course, if 4500 calories is not enough to stimulate growth then up that **** to 5k and keep going up until you start getting flabby.
I get what you mean about eating yourself broke weekly, I am right there with you man. I have to pass the reigns off to a person with more knowledge because like I said I am unqualified to speak about genetics but I wish you good luck and hope you find the thing that will help you achieve your goals!

Definitely try switching up your training. One thing that worked great for me when I plateaued was doing sets of 20 (of a weight you can barely do for that many) with deads and squats. That put me in a serious anabolic mode. You may need an extra rest day if you do this because they wear you out.

Simple up your calories

Upped the cals , changed training to less reps , but higher weight.... Almost every move I'm breaking personal records. I look good , but still waiting for that pop to occur. I figured with this cycle I should be experiencing some serious pumps but everything is just too mediocre as far as size goes.
