Planning to take M-Test long term

I asked a question a few days ago about the latest and greatest natural test boosters, as I am not quite ready to take the leap into TRT after getting back a fairly low free testosterone measurement. With zero symptoms other than weight gain over the past 5 years (I'm 35, with a 5 yr old and 3 yr old), I feel great. Getting injections for the rest of my life and dealing with the highs and lows associated with it, not to mention the estrogen management seems like more of a hassle than what its worth.

While I understand most will probably say to be under the care of a doc, etc etc (I work in healthcare so I fully understand this song and dance), knowing full well how this is treated and how my insurance would process something like this, I want to do everything in my power to increase my testosterone naturally before start dropping money on blood tests and injections forever, especially when I don't have many symptoms. This will be in addition to more strict clean eating and standard exercise (push/pull with HIIT)

That said, based on what I've seen people suggest, I wanted to keep things as simple as possible, so here's what I'm thinking:

8 weeks on CEL M-Test, 4 weeks on CEL PCT assist (utilizing that cycle every 12 weeks for undetermined amount time)

Budget not an issue, but trying to keep things logistically simple - is there anything else anyone would recommend? Some of the blood work I've seen posted in the forums on M-Test is encouraging, so I'm hoping this will help. Not expecting anything crazy like steroids or a pro hormone, but I think natural optimization would be a great first step

Thanks

I have an endocrinology condition that is way too in depth to try to discuss here but it lead my hormone levels to being all over the place. I had used M-Test before but had always cycled it and a few years back talked to my doctor about getting consistent bloodwork on it while using bc part of my problem is that my hormone levels jump around seemingly for no reason in ways that don't make sense. Doctor was skeptical but kind of at the point where anything was worth a shot. Long story short, things improved so much that doctor has me on it consistently - improvements in testosterone, free testosterone, libido, mood, etc. And a big thing for me is that its helped keep my natural levels from fluctuating as badly as they did before.

was this in addition to or without TRT?

My levels wouldn't even stay consistent on TRT, which makes the consistency of them on M-Test even more impressive in my opinion and that's why my doctor wanted me to stay on it long term.

I wanted to add, since you're new here, I didn't want you to think that I'm posting anything about my experience to try to sell you on M-Test. I've shared my experiences with some here about my endocrinology condition before M-Test even existed.

All good - I decided on M-Test before you chimed in, so no worries, didn't feel like you were trying to sell. Appreciate hearing your experience so far.

But to clarify, are you taking it every month or do you cycle it as recommended? I contemplated not even cycling and just taking it every month

I personally do not cycle it. I think cycling it with PCT Assist like you put in your original post would be fine if you wanted to do it that way, but I say that bc PCT Assist is a good test booster itself, not because I think you actually need any type of PCT from it.

I do not cycle it because it gives me exactly what I need - consistency of levels and also of mood, libido, etc.
