Planning on running

Sup3r 1: 330mg/day
Sup3r 4: 330 mg/day
Sup3r-epi : 750mg/day

Is this a good dosage for 8 weeks?

Planning on adding in the 4andro. My goal is to make some good size lean muscle gains. Last time I ran epi and 1 andro, i only lost fat and gained about 2 pounds

Looks good. Couple reitterations, though:

*Have an AI available
*Have your SERM before starting
*Spread dosing, particularly the 1 and 4
*Get plenty of healthy fats in your diet
*Eat plenty of leafy greens
*Drink plenty of water
*Go hard in the gym

Dont try and do a cut on this stack.

How would i spread the dosing of 1 and 4 andro? I plan on judt taking

110mg of 1 andro: morning, mid day, pre workout

110mg of 4 andro: morning, mid day, pre workout

250mg epi: morning, mid day, preworkout.

Is this good spacing? I do workout at night due to school and work

Thats fine. Just be mindful the epiandro may affect sleep; no probs last time you ran it?

And do I need on cycle defense like "blockade"?

Just a few night sweats and kept waking up 2 or 3 times, nothing out of the ordinary. If i want to prevent that from happening, can i dose the Epi with 250mg in morning and 500mg midday? Or it wont matter the spacing to avoid sleepless nights?

Kind of off topic, but I ran this cycle and had pretty solid gains, but also had some anxiety issues and didn't feel very good overall. I'm about to start my first Test E cycle at 500mg for 12 weeks.

Would you all compare a cycle of Test E similar to a stack like this in comparison to SIDES & GAINS.

The most effective general on-cycle support IMO runs, in order of importance:

>Good diet
>Plenty fluids
>TUDCA and NAC
>other supps

Just stick with Rebirth and SERM if you havent already bought the other stuff.

You could try the morning/lunch doses of epi to see if that helps sleep.

In most cases epiandro is the likely contributor to anxiety.

All else being equal, test-e would produce significantly greater gains.

No, not really.

If you want to increase the odds of lean gains, consider switching out the 4andro for our super dhea or sup3r 11.
