Planning my next cycle...thoughts on PCT

so after having an awful shutdown last run...I want to be sure that I close this one better. I ran a SERM (torem) along with TUDCA, a small LIV support, and Activate and Triazole. I continued the activate and SERM for bout three weeks post-cycle....and it took a while to recover.

Should I run Nolva next time. What AI and test booster do you guys recommend ?

Not sure about Nolva, as I have only used OTC support supplements with mild PH's. Really will depend on what you're using and for how long, though...
