Hi, I put together this cycle for the winter!

Wk 1-13 test enan 500mg/wk (split up 1 shot 2x/wk)
Wk 1-12 Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - 500mg/wk (split up 1 shot 2x/wk)
Start nolvadex 20mg/day for 28 days 2 wks after your last TEST shot (WK 15)
Run aromasin 12.5mg all through out the cycle to the end of the PCT- ---up to last day of taking Novladex

I have ordered clomids just in case!
Should I get some hcg? Should I run novla/clomid/aromasin in pct?
Or just novla/aromasin?

My diet is 6 meal ( eggs white, turkey home made, chicken w/broccoli, oatmeal, no process foods or fast food )
240 - 260 protien carbs 300 - 350 around 2700 - 2900 cams a day

Training 5x a week weights
6'2 231lbs

Wouldnt hurt to get some hcg. I've run both clomid and nolva together but at lower doses for PCT back when I used to do PCT;)
12.5mg aromasin a week or a day?
Gotta add some fat to your diet and bring it closer to 3500cal to make gains. If you fear fat deposits do cardio.
Otherwise cycle looks good
 
Hi, so I am wondering I take flax seed oil ! I calculated 77 grams of fat 12 saturated! How much more?
As for aromasin I was thinking like Ed,eod as needed!
Will this stuff being stored so long go bad? Have everything but,
Hcg! Planning on waiting till October !

I would throw in a few whole eggs for fat. Start with 100g. Dont worry about saturated fat you need it 25g is fine. Try to eat beef too.
If your recovery is slow from workouts up the fat to 125 or 150. If you up the fat then lower the carbs under 200g. I find that fat works better than carbs.

Aromasin stays in your system for 7 days so play around with it. Start with 12.5mg twice a week and see.
It's ok wont go bad, store it in a cool dark place.
 
Ok so instead of 6 egg whites 2 whole 4 egg whites and add beef to my meals. I was wondering I would like to be at or around 13% bf is this fine or should I wait longer to be stable at 13 - 15% bf for a while before jumping in to the cycle?

Forget about egg whites just eat 5 whole eggs. And yes about 8-12 oz of beef will do wonders for growth. Try cottage chesse too good stuff.
If you concentrate your diet on a lower carbs under 200g and high fat 100-150 depending on your activity and recovery(might need to play with this to fit your situation) you will most likley lose some fat during the cycle.
If you are around 13% bf it fine to start the cycle. Goal would be to go down to 10% after the cycle.
