I have done a few sponsored logs and I feel like it is time to get back into logging on my own time, on my own supplements, and with a purpose only to organize my workouts and get feedback. I might do pictures, videos, both or neither. I haven't decided that yet. What I do know is that it is squat day tomorrow and I got a new pair of shoes just for it!
 
What kinda training? What kinda shoes?

My buddy is a real big wrestler, 4th in the state in his weight class, gave me his shows he wore in last year states which are asics. I know they are not weight lifting shoes, but for an amateur I believe they should be fine. I bought Wendler's ebook a year or so ago so I think I will finally start it if the workout I am doing levels off.
