I hit a paused 455 on bench (raw) on Monday while on a scoop and a half of Speed X3. That's a new 10lb PR for me. Here's the vid:

Just got.some rasp lemonade speedx3. One scoop for deadlift day

Hmmm idk thats a tough one watermelon tastes like jolly ranchers and rasp lemonade tastes like koolaid neither have any preworkout taste. Im leaning towards watermelon tho

Hit a 585x1 Deadlift while on a testodrolx9, ad3-pct, and MassHGh stack.

Also did 500x4 Deadlift as a pr as well.

315x8 bench pr on testodrolx9, ad3-pct, and MassHGh. Did this after 40 min non stop boxing where I wanted to throw up then high rep and heavy benching before doing this. I think fresh I could def do more.

Great pump. But not over kill . I have had better pumps but I have not had a chest day like this in a long time.

Not a PR lift but I was rocking some 20" pumped arms on friday with a speed3 chest work out :)
