Can i get some advice knowledge or experience on use of pixie sticks before post workout shake. Heard it created better pathway for protein??
 
That's probably under the assumption that protein + a (high glycemic) carbs are needed to maximize muscle protein synthesis, however this may not be the case: Invalid Link Removed

On a related note, protein post-workout isn't a necessity either. Adequate protein throughout the day is much more important: Invalid Link Removed
