No nothing yet, it has only been 5 days and today was the first day I took 8 pills instead of 4 so hopefully by mid week I should notice it, I respond good to all types of creatine.

It was standing 1 leg at a time curl, first time ever using the machine, and OMG was I sore the next day!!!

Update for September 23

DAY 18 Last day on Ether

OK well I upped the dosage 3 days ago to 4-4-2 in hopes that this stuff would really kick in. The pumps are there no question, but that is about it. I would have to say this is the first type of creatine that I have not really responded to besides the pumps. :sad:
