PIP

I started my first test cycle this week and post injection pain is getting so annoying. I do all the right steps, warm up the vial, inject after taking a warm shower, the funny thing is when i massage the injection site after pulling the needle out of my quad it hurts even more. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Anything ethanate over 250mg/3ml
Hurts me.
Prop don't hurt at all. Cyp don't hurt much either if its under 300mg/3ml
Are you using ethanate ?
 
Yup it hurts.
That means the test is good.
It also means it sucks to try and shoot a gram hahaha.
I switched to prop which dosnt hurt me at all but some guys say hurts worse

When you say leaving the needle in for 15 sec do you mean after injecting test leaving it in for 15 secs or leaving it in for 15 secs and then injecting?

Inject slow and leave the needle in.
Also if your new to inject **** into your body......relax its safe.
But 300mg of test per ml hurt me so bad made me almost not want to do it.
Then I got some cyp at 200mg/ml and it was like heaven no pip no pain..
Now I'm on prop and inject daily and Will never look back
 
I'm on my first cycle right now and PIP was brutal for me at first, especially when trying a new injection site. You do get used to it though and it's not as bad. Like he said, don't massage the site when you are done, instead I just apply light pressure. Ibuprofen has been helpful for me as well.
 
But if your still first week its the worse because the test hasn't even started working.
Just tough it out and around week 5 you'll be like

Yeah dont massage. Itll potentially push the oil back through the needle route. Most of your pain receptors are in subq fat/skin, not muscle tissue itself.

Everyone will be different and swear by certain sites, but ventroglute is great (typically lean, minimal veins/arteries and nerves).

I know what you mean. You need to move your leg out to the side a little and the vg will bulge. Its not a huge area, but it should be obvious. Itll be between your hip bone edge and thigh bone ball joint.

Nah not really, just have to google fotos of people demonstrating location and hope they right lol

Again, the bulge should be obvious if you twist your foot/kick your leg out right.

Tbh im not too sure if its my lower back or glute because the tie in is so similar

Bro, its on the side not rear. You know where your hip/pelvis bone is on side? And below that about a hand depth away is your thigh ball joint? In between those two points you will have a muscle that will very obviously bulge out when your foot/leg are in certain orientations.
 
Just practice. Its your body.
That oil can enter your muscle easier if youd relax and practice

I've switched back to ethanate same brand as you and I've found a sweet spot ventreul glute and it is pain free.
1.5 c.c at a time no prob.
The best thing is that ethanate is bomb.
Really good test.
You've got to be rolling good and hard by now

Just saw this dude! I was just not warming the vial enough everything is good
