Pinning advice

Hello all,

Started my first week on Test E, first pin on Sunday and my second was tonight. I am using the quads as the easiest access points.

When i next pin my right quad again on Sunday, whats your opinions on how close i should go to the original injection site ?

I did pretty much the same general area each time. But I had to stop because I started to be crippled because of how stiff the injections made me. I was also pinning 2cc at a time though. Now I do glutes only, and only do quads if I'm pinning 1cc or less.

Glutes are usually your best bet... If you continue to use the quads, be sure to aspirate (pull back on the plunger) to make sure there is no blood coming back... If you do get blood, pull out the needle and use a different site...

Both pins have been fine, hence the question. I know I have found a sweet spot on each leg so I was wondering if the opinion is its OK to repeatedly hit around those spots seeing each will have a weeks rest inbetween

Injecting around the same spots are fine, just watch for any blood return during aspiration....

You can keep pinning in the same spot but eventually you will begin to get a build up of scar tissue. Just pin around that general area as it's likely you're missing any nerve bundles or blood vessels there.

At two shots a week, I would definitely rotate glutes in there. Glutes one week, quads the next and that will minimise scar tissue going in the same spots.
