I've kinda messed up my timing today. Had loads on my mind and took my last pills too early. My pill times are
7am: 1 Epi / 1 Stano
3pm: 2 Epi / 2 Stano
11pm: 1 Epi / 1 Stano
But today my heads been all over, had loads on my mind and for some reason I took my last epi/stano at 7:30pm which is when I normally take my cycle support and taurine.
Should I take another pill at 11pm so I'm still on my 8hour split and just have the extra 1 Epi/Stano for today or should I leave it till 7am tomorrow?
