picking the right protein

Just ordered the trifecta stck by LG(read great reviews), but being new to PHs, I need a little help picking the right types of proteins. I weight 165 HEIGHT 5 10" goal is gain 10 to 15 pounds of muscle. I no I need a clean diet, and eat alot. I will aslo add anadraulic state to the stack. Some please help.:thanks:
 
i was not aware that they banned ph in the US. I just purchased the stack, cant wait till it arrives. Have you tried this stack before?
 
The right protein is a lot of real foods that contain protien. Whey post workout and slower absorbing pre-bedtime. Thats really a basic answer but your question is pretty basic. You might want to hold off on that stack until you get to your natural potential first.
