Hey everyone. I have not been on this site for quite sometime and have learned much in the past week that I have been perusing again. I ordered 2 bottles of phyto-test and 12mgs of 176-191 - started them yesterday
I tend to train lighter since having shoulder surgery a few years ago and my goals now in the gym are to maintain leanness/get leaner without losing size and strength
I am 5'11'' and using a fit scale which also gives bodyfat readings ( I know the readings may be off but, I figure if I continue to use the same scale the actual percentages are immaterial, so long as the BF% decreases)
I weighed in this morning before eating at 212.2 with BF% at 10.9% -I am eating high protein ~250g/day, moderate carbs and fats - totaling about 2,500 to 3,000kcals/day
Training will be a split routine:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: Legs
Day 7: Off
rinse/repeat
