Physique Competition Workout

I need a new workout routine! I workout 5 days a week. A different muscle group everyday. Abs 3 times a week. Legs 2 times a week. Cardio 3 times a week. Any help on a new routine day by day and the exercise/muscle that'd be awesome. I've tried looking some up but can't find any I like.

Jus do what works..just Dont lift to grow because theres no way to grow in a caloric deficit. And make sure you dont over do it to allow for recovery
