PHs for Cutting?

So I know PHs have higher side effects at higher body fat percentages, so I am wondering whats the best PH for cutting fat specifically? I am currently 210 pounds 24% body fat and I would like to get down to 10% body fat in 3 months. In the meantime I would like to preserve the strength I have (meaning I do not need to bulk and cut simultaneously). Last time I cut weight, I got down to 10% bf weighed 167 lbs and everyone said I looked skinny lol I lost over 20 pounds of muscle mass. Obviously this time I am looking to cut extremely fast, and maintain all the muscle I have. So are their PHs good for this with little side effects? Or should I just turn to natural supplements such as ephedrine, HydroxyElite or Hellfire? Also, I am very interested in a PH that will help me run longer, as running really does burn fat for me, but that might burn muscle too lol. Any suggestions?
 
IMO, you should run an EC stack if you're used to that or do whatever to get your BF a bit lower, then use something like 1-Andro & Epiandro to cut and build muscle. OLUK current has them 40% off, but I highly doubt anything will drop you 14% in 3 months.
 
Why the need to drop so much so quick? Summer that important? Or is there something specific happening in 3 months?
 
If you want to cut and maintain your mass, regardless of drugs or not, then you need to do it slowly. You will not loose 14% in 3 months while maintaining any mass.

You would be better off using EC stack or something to cut down to 15%ish, and then maybe consider some drugs. Like Dma378 said, whats the rush? Is it worth sacrificing the muscle mass you have put on? When I cut I aim for 1lb per week.
 
That is the dumbest **** ever. You should've started months in advanced If you were really high bodyfat.

In my opinion running a ph at that high a bf doesn't make sense to me. With smart dieting and a reasonable deficit you shouldn't be losing too much mass until you reach lower body fat levels. I would recommend dieting down naturally for at least two months, or those three and then add in a mild cycle. Think it will provide a lot more benefit and you'll look better in the long run if this is your goal
 
I have been able to lose 10% body fat in 3 months naturally, just off of calorie deficit and running. Only issue is I lost muscle mass too. I figured their might be a supplement or ph that could push me past my natural ability, to maybe lose 4% more than I am capable of, and maintain muscle. Honestly I know why I lost so much muscle last time, I stopped lifting lol so I am sure if I lift and do the same diet + running schedule I would drop the 10% in around the same amount of time. I would not take a ph to help me with this unless it gave me better results than what I know I can do naturally, so thats where the 14% in 3 months comes from. Remember not everyone burns fat the same, or build muscle the same. I'm not sure why, but when I go on a strict carb diet I lose fat like its nothing, and when I eat a lot of sugar I gain it like its nothing. So 14% is not totally unrealistic for me at least NEAR my goal time limit. Also I have started already lol.
 
Don't get too caught up on the exact numbers guys, its not like if I lose 8% opposed to 14% ill die lol its just a general goal. The point is I want to decrease body fat and maintain or increase muscle mass. Another way for me to do this is to increase my endurance, so I can run longer hence burn more calories per workout. I am looking for answers such as "hey you should try this sarm" or " this has erythropoietin" lol idk.
 
It can be done without sacrificing too much muscle mass, and to be honest, if you are over 20% bodyfat, there probably isn't a whole lot of qualitymass to lose realistically. Start slow and try 25 minutes of cardio fasted first thing in morning and do it for 3-5 weeks in order to get your diet in check. You would be amazed when you stick with just 25-30 minutes of cardio a day every day, the results you can get with a good diet.

Jump on a video program like t-25 or p90x and stick with it, that way you have something ready to go and just pop in t he dvd and go every day
 
The only hormone imo that burns fat is var..

Hormones are not fat burners, they only tightly and solidify a toned physique.
