Phs at local support stores

A local supp store near me sells Phs and sarms but all by brands I haven't heard of nor can find much about. Anyone know if these are legit cause or how they can still sell them with the ban. The one I was looking at in particular is called Built Cut Phase 3. For capsule it claims:
10mg dmz
10mg cyanostane
20 mg Methyl 1 alpha
And 30 mg andros 3,5
And 60 caps per bottle. Just because I can't find anything on this brand at all I was wondering if anyone has heard of it, or had experience with it. Thank you.

I would go for a more reputable brand also

A store near where I live sells the same stuff and they get okay feedback. What concerns me more is that this company is just throwing in random doses of ingredients it seems like with no real direction of its purpose and charging $100 a bottle.
