Anyone have any experience with phosphotidic acid sups?
Are they the real deal or bs?
Any feedback would be appreciated!
 
Yeah it's good stuff. Soy lethicin has PA in it (12g per 100g). I'd highly recommend it. Good strength and pump increase.
 
Is it preferable to take soy lechtins on work out days only or should it be taken daily?
I'd say take it daily if your diet can allow the calories/fat. The studies on PA used a daily dosing scheme, so people usually just stick to that with PA, from lecithin or a concentrated supplement. It also has other healthy/beneficial things like choline, which are good to take daily.
