Phosphatidlyserine And Hypothyroidism

Been taking 800-1000mgs daily with good results but my doc told me not to take it because its soy based and I have an underactive thyroid. Btw before taking it TSH was 4.0 and after 3 months TSH 4.85. I dont have soy in my diet just the Phosphatidylserine. Also could it make my synthroid less effective. Thanks

The higher your TSH and the lower your free t3 and t4 means underactive thyroid. When your TSH gets really low you are considered to be hyperthyroid.
