Phosphatidic Vs Arachidonic

Is there a benefit to running PA for a period of time. I have 3 bottles of PhosphaMuscle on hand. Would using it all and then stopping when its gone benefit me or is this a product that you need to run indefinite? The price point of Phosphamuslce is more than I want to spend, and I honestly do not want to use my fats on SL granules.

I actually noticed an increase in acne after using PA for 1 month, and acne is a side effect of more mTOR but... I did notice the acne to go away during my 3rd month, so the effects would probably be more pronounced if you take time off. I'm probably going to run it 2 months on, 1 month off. No data, Just a thought.

Are you using PA or granules?

I guess my question was is there a benefit, i.e. Keepable gains, to doing one run of it and that's it or do you have to keep it going to sustain the effects?

Essentially what we're doing with PA is turning on (or rather "up") the "grow switch". Each time you take a dose of PA, you're stimulating a pathway that tells your body "hey, let's build some new tissue"! The reason it works best over longer periods of time is that you need to stimulate this pathway on a regular basis to notice a significant increase in gains (just like you have to workout on a regular basis to keep seeing gains). So no, you won't lose what you've gained by stopping it, just like you wouldn't lose (right away at least) the gains you made if you stopped working out.

Best explanation by far. The effect is acute, but you want to take it over time not because of "saturation", but you want to constantly and acutely activate mTor.
